Laboratory Test
- Certification and Verification of the Air and Sound performance of Fans and AHU in according to AMCA standard.
Field Measurement and Services
- Measurement of temperature, humidity, pressure, air volume and air velocity at field condition.
- Trouble-shooting with diagnosis on Air system with solution provided.
Vibration monitoring and Balancing
- To address vibration problems in rotating machines to avoid fatigue failure and noise.
- To perform trim balancing of rotors to balance quality according to ISO 1940 standard.
Preventive Maintenance
- To offer the preventive maintenance service or contract for ventilators to ensure sustainability of building efficiency improvement, inclusive of Belt aligning, cleaning, trim balancing and inspection of motor and rotors.
Design and Consultancy
- To assist customer in designing the customized testing Laboratory for air and sound measurement.
- To provide consultancy service and solution on the entire air system design to optimize the power consumption and achieve energy conservation with more efficiency operation.
